Each working relationship begins with a free thirty-minute consultation. This meeting:

is an opportunity for clients to explore how the working relationship can best serve them, eg. direction of progress and desired outcomes

is an opportunity for Ben to explain more about what he has to offer (see below)

allows clients to choose the most beneficial course for the future

Launch Empowerment Mentoring's services can be used separately or together with additional tools. Each client takes part in designing a custom plan that best suits his/her needs. The length and nature of the working relationship varies from client to client.
